  • Speak to your Account Manager about your requirements and we will help you manipulate your data to gain the insights you need.

It’s very easy to set up an account. All you need to do is message us using the Contact Us form on this website and your local Account Manager will get in touch to guide you through the process.

How long does it take to set up an account?

Once you have set up your direct debt with your Account Manager they will provide you with login details and then you can start using FIXIT straight away.

By direct debit each month. Your Account Manager will explain everything and set this up for you.

In the unlikely event that you decide to stop using FIXIT you can end your contract at any point by notifying your Account Manager in writing and they will arrange for the direct debts to stop.
